Cancellation Policy
All bookings require full payment on booking. If you can no longer make the appointment then you can transfer your booking to another time within 14 days of your original booking date (subject to availability but we will do our best to accommodate you). Booking cancellations require more than 24 hours notice otherwise you will be charged the full appointment fee. Late arrival to an appointment may result in you missing your appointment due to bookings on that day. If this is the case, you may rebook your appointment however 50% of a new booking may be charged. Discretion and understanding will be used. No shows to appointment will result in you having to rebook your appointment as a new client. All clients are required to complete and sign a consultation form, these may be done electronically prior to the appointment or at the beginning of your appointment at the clinic.
